RENTAL APPLICATION PROCESS
Prospective residents should complete the pre-screening rental application form and return it to kami@redriverreserve.com. This form is used to evaluate your eligibility - it is not a contract binding you to the rental. Properties will not be shown without this form being completed. Eligible candidates will then have the opportunity to meet company representatives on sight for an informal property walk through. Prior to signing a lease, background and/or credit checks will be required.
A FEW LEASE TERMS TO CONSIDER BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATION:
• No smoking on the premises!
• Lawn and Home exterior must be properly and consistently maintained by the Tenant.
• No cats allowed. Up to one dog may be approved by owners
• Owner’s Right of Entry and Inspection: inspections will only be made during normal business hours, and not less than one (1) day prior notice shall be given to the Tenant
• 12 month lease plus security deposit that identifies all approved occupants
• No repairs, decorating that requires large holes in the walls or alterations shall be done by the Tenant without owner's prior written permission
